5 star ratings should be NO Star Ratings

I was reading the reviews for the different Dolphin robotic pool cleaners. Most were saying that they've had nothing but problems with theirs no matter which one they bought but it's showing 5 stars next to their names. Mine is a piece of crap and I put 1 star.
