Ajet Power Supply

My power supply for my Ajet S2-40 has stopped working. the voltage when you first turn it on is 109 then decreases until it stops and the 2 pool indicator lights flash. The manufactorer said that it needs to be replaced and can't be repaired. Can't the timer or something be bypassed?
