Same Issue by: Paul in France
Further to my previous post, the new FET power transistors arrived a couple of days ago and I have just completed the repair of one of my pumps (I have 2 pumps with identical problems). This relates to the part number AS06080SP which appears to be identical to the pump in this post.
I will be putting the procedure and photographs in a new post called "Viva AS06080SP Repair". Just be aware that this repair requires some experience with soldering on a small scale.
Good luck!

Same Issue by: Paul in France
I am having exactly the same issue with the pump motor on my Aquabot Viva. The internals look exactly the same as your picture but I have taken things a step further and disassembled the internals. Under the aluminium taxing there are multiple MOSFETs using the aluminium as a heatsink. In my case I have found 2 of the MOSFETs to be short circuit.
I have ordered replacements and when they arrive will attempt a repair (hoping the associated micro-chips are working). In my experience it is usually the power stage (the MOSFETs) that fail but "fingers crossed" it will work when re-assembled. I will be posting photos and instructions later if it works!

Same Problem by: Michael
I have a Dirt Devil ARC with same part number and same problem. Have you had any luck with a repair? When I took the cover off I found that the oil in the pump housing had some water mixed in.
