Aquabot breeze XLS power supply not working

My aquabot breeze xls is 3 yes old and the power supply may need repair. The power does not come on...no blue light to indicate small or large pool. And the pool unit does not move. I have a voltage meter but cannot find on line how to check the supply box and which slots to put the black and red probs in...my box has two slots. Also I cannot tell how to remove the cover to check for fuses or if it has fuses that can be replaced. There are 4 screws but, I don’t know if I should remove the back part where the cord is or the front part where the pool unit plus into? The power supply box is model A78002.
