Aquabot Fury Power Supply goes off after 2-3 seconds

I have a aquabot fury with power supply P/N AS07120. When I push the green power on button, the power LED stays on for 2-3 seconds and then power LED will go off. The fury cleaner does not move nor seems to have power going into it at all.

Is this a timer issue? Power supply connector has 2 pins? Anyone has a schematic of the pin layout so I can measure the output voltage? Anyone has the similar issue before? Please advise or help.
