aquabot pool demon

The unit moves in the water, but it is not blowing water out of the top jet thus preventing it from staying down. Any information is appreciated.
ADMIN REPLY:If the pump starts after you turn the impeller by hand then you need capacitors or a new pump if you don't wish to fix it. Otherwise, if the terminal ends of the pump wires are ok then the pump is shot.
