I fixed my neighbors Aquabot turbo rc. try to determine which motor is not spinning. Replace the one not working. Keep in mind the master (blue) motor controls the slave (green). The maser could be bad and cause the slave to not function. I determined that my neighbors aquabot was not working properly because the slave motor was full of water. If your inclined remove the motors and listen for water in them as you shake them.
