Aquabot Storm doesn't move

Have an aquabot storm and I love using it. This year we took it out of shed to do the opening cleaning. The unit turns on, bubbles come out, and it move a few feet then stopped. It doesn't seem to be working right or want to go through it's clean cycle. Any ideas or suggestions on what to check? Any good authorized service centers near Trumbull CT?
