aquabot t4 blows fuse after a few mins of running

I have an Aquabot T4 that will blow the fuse after running for a few mins. I have tried to find a broken wire in the cable, but couldn't find the smoking gun. I have also noticed my pump doesnt seem to be pumping as well as it used to, the bot will not climb the walls anymore. Does anyone know how to test the pump to see if its failing? I dont want to just throw parts at this thing.
