I obtained a replacement pcb from Nastybag.com. Cut the leads on the old one, and soldered/shrink wrapped the new pcb leads, and I'm back in business. (Looks like one or more of the old caps failed as a result of the Turbo "eating' the cord and wrapping it up sp tight the motor couldn't move.)

Thanks a bunch to NastyBag.com for the PCB and the response to my post.

IF anyone can tell me where I might obtain the 4 cpas on the pcb and their ratings, I would like to repair that board for future use.
