aquabot turbo classic drive motor Broken

bought my pool cleaner 5/2014 used it for 2 1/2 mos. then 2015 3 mos and brought to Island recreation authorized repair ct.. however they were closed for the season which brings upto apr 2016 . the repair ctr tells me it is the drive motor? are u kidding me after 5 mos use the motor is no good???????? GIVE A BREAK!
