I ended up tearing it all apart and found a thermostat in the motor and I think it had a short in it and causing it to act up. I cut it out and put the wires together and it works again. I plan on putting another switch back in it but haven't yet.

Problem fixed $$$ by: Anonymous
All the wiring and pump looked fine. I took it down to a local Aquabot dealer and they diagnosed the problem as a bad water pump. Many $$$ later, and a new water pump, everthing is fine.

Aquabot Turbo T Pump Problem by: Curt
Hi, I believe the Turbo T has the heat shrink wire connectors with a heat shrink sleeve over that. It is possible the wire is broken somewhere. If you wish to diagnose it yourself, I suggest removing the pump and cutting the wire just before the splice on the wire from the pump. Attach a jumper wire to each and touch the ends of the jumper to the spades on the power supply outlet. If the pump runs no problem then the problem is in the cable. If the pump continues intermittent operation then the problem is somewhere in the pump. BEFORE doing any cutting, check that the Impeller/Propeller is not loose on the shaft.
