Aquabot

Manufacturer does not stand behind product!
Have had two motors go in two seasons. Want $300 to fix.
gave me the runaround while product was under warranty, once out of warranty would not fix. Product manager is a jackass!

Aqua Quality Pools and Spas, Inc in Westbury, LI. Post Ave just south of Northern State. They professionally repair Aquabots as well as other robots.

Yikes!!! Is this Pool Mart you are referring to? I have had so many problems with them it is beyond belief. I was hoping I wouldn't have to deal with them ever again but now the Aquabot motor just died and it seems they are the only LI company that fixes the Aquabots.
