Aquabot

I do not know if I should say I love it...It does a great job and moves inside the water occasionally. Since I bought this 2 years ago, I had to bring it to service multiple times. I got it serviced a few days ago and it worked for 5 mins. The pain is to travel 35 miles twice to the Pool store to drop it and pick it up. Also, they charge at least $50.00 on each visit. I have spent over $300.00 just get this thing fixed.

I see great reviews here - One thing, when it works it cleans the entire pool in 2-3 Hours.

I have owned 4 aquabots in the past 10 years and when they work they work great but when they break and they always do they are a pain in the butt. I have replaced 3 or 4 drive motors numerous pumps and have did the exchange for a new refurbished unit 3 times. Also the lines fail quite often and at $275 a time it gets very tiresome.

There has to be something better out there. For the price of these units they are a complete joke.

Look for another repair shop. You could also send it to Aqua Quality Pools and Spas on Long Island. The cost to ship would be cheap from NJ.

I would love to know the specific items needing repair on your robot.
