Around and Around

My aquabot works perfectly except for one little thing. Some thing is wrong with the driving system. The pump, motor, and everything else works. But when it is turned on the aquabot just continues to drive in circles about 5ft in diameter. Is there a problem with the drive belts or what? Please help me. Thanks for your time.

I assume the robot is a single motor Aquabot/Turbo or similar model.
My first thought is to check the tracks. If one is worn and loose, it may leave the axle and roll onto the sideplate causing drag.
The other thing to check is that the axle is fitting the sideplate and has not popped out.
