I own a small pool cleaning company I use the vacuum on about 14 pools a week and have only had one issue the motor went out after 3 months. I received great customer service just had to drive 3 hrs one way to the nearest repair place. I live in the Florida keys so there was not a closer repair place. Other than that small problem the cleaner does a great job. It gets hung up every once in a while and sometimes takes over an hour to clean pool. But overall I am very happy with the cleaner.The only negative I would say was the place I purchased the vacuum from was pool products 4 less I called them 4 times never got a call back. With the money I spent with them would have expected a call back. I spend a lot of money every month on pool supplies and will never spend any with them again. Tired three times too post a bad review on their website and it was never posted. I would recommend the Blue Diamond cleaner just save yourself some headaches and purchase it from anywhere else.
