Dolphin Active 30 power head won't turn on

I have had the power head and motor replaced under warranty in my Dolphin Active 30 and it still did not work. I purchased a new power head and same thing - the only light that comes on (even when not connected to the cleaner, just an outlet) is the main power light. Could it be my power cord? Help!!!!!
