Dolphin Active 30 won't run in automato mode but perfectly using manual control in My Dolphin app

Active 30 is put in water and blue light blinks then stops and robot just sits there. When I use My Dolphin app in manual mode the robot works perfectly (turns, goes back and forth, and vacuums etc). Is it the card in the motor box or the power supply that has failed? I just doon't which one controls the automatic motion program so I am not sure what to replace. Thanks in advance!
