Our unit was working fine, After cleaning the pool we removed the unit to clean the filter bag and noted NO problem. After a few days and a few thunderstorms we returned the unit to the pool and turned it on. The lights on the power pack came on and blinked as normal and then went off, but the unit did NOT move. We removed it from the pool and checked the filter bag and it appeared OK. As per the Trouble Shooting Guide recommendations for "Pool Cleaner Does Not Move": Step #4. We then removed the Impeller Cover to see if it was clogged, and it was clean. Another try in the pool and the same thing - The lights on the Power Pack came 'ON' blinked as normal and then went off. The unit still did NOT work. What is our next step?
The unit is ~ 4 years old. Serial # TB 3611A 91302
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
