Hello !
I have the Maytronics DOLPHIN DIAGNOSTIC ADVANTAGE year 2009 bought on the USA directly.
he lift on the pool-wall but when arrive on the waterline take down from the wall.
Can you tell me what's the problem ?
The DC power on the motor pump , it's 18 volt ; the line DC power it's 30volt: it's correct for you ?

If the robot falls away while pump is pumping then it's a suction problem. Could be a dirty bag or debris stuck around the impeller or threads/hair wrapped around the impeller and shaft.

If the robot is shutting dow, it could be a broken wire in the cable or a more serious problem with the electronic control board in the motor housing

I bougth this Dolphin 3 years ago, but this year in the first use after I open the swiming pool it only climb the wall to the water line stays for 3 or 5 seconds and falls to the buttom of the pool and don't work no more .Please any advice or do i have to use the "affordable service center of Maytronics"?

Hi, the suction of the pump holds the robot to the wall.
You may have a dirty bag or you may have debris stuck around the pump impeller.
My opinion is the water flow is blocked.

My DOLPHIN don't work on the water line, because when to reach that, to go away from the wall so falls on the pool floor, so relift on the wall, arrive at the water line and falls another time. He repeat more time this.
I think the water from water pump it's not sufficient to stick it at the wall.

Do you accordance this ?
