Dolphin Dynamic broke after 40 days (bad power supply) I am now waiting almost 2 weeks after several phone calls to maytronics, for a lousy shipping label that still has not come.

I wonder how long the service will really Be once it gets to them. If the unit breaks after 6 weeks and you simply cannot get a replacement power supply without jumping through hoops I would suggest you buy another brand.
