Dolphin lost its balance and traction

I have a dolphin DX3. I just changed the power supply and cable. Now the dolphin gets stuck real easy and ends up on its side and stops. It doesn’t have any balance. The new cable only has one small bouy on it instead of the 2 larger ones like the old cable. It doesn’t get good traction on the walls.
