Dolphin M4 just stays in the deep end

Brand new Dolphin M4 just stays in the deep end. no kinks in cord, clean filters and cartridge. have tried adjusting floats….nothing works.

I have this exact same problem with the Premier. It only cleans the deep end.

Same problem. No kinks in line, plenty of slack. Tried adjusting floats but nothing seems to work. Pool always half clean. Anyone have any ideas?
