Dolphin M5 Pool Cleaner

This is a suburb unit. Does a great job of cleaning the pool with very little human effort.

One problem I would like to hear people's opinions about.

In theory the unit sits on the dolly it comes with and the hose wraps around the handle. It is the hose that never quite works. I can force it onto the handle by wrapping it around the edge pieces but then when I take it off the hose is full of kinks, and difficult to manage.

Has anyone else had this problem?

Anyone have any suggestions?

Hi Ken,
The unit does not have a hose. I assume you are referring to the power cable.
There will be kinks in the cable if it isn't re-coiled correctly after each use. It must be rewound starting closest to the robot and unplugged so the twists and turns may work out towards the plug end furthest from the robot.
