Dolphin Nautilus Cleaner goes 2 feet, stops, and comes back to the starting point

I have had my Dophin Nautilus cleaner for less than 6 months and have used it twice. When I try to use it now, it goes 2 feet in one direction, stops, and then comes back to the original starting point.

What's wrong with this device?

An electrical component is most likely at fault. Take it back for warranty service
