Dolphin Plug Wiring

The plug that goes into the dolphin transformer has come loose. Can you tell me how to rewire, or direct me to someone in the Rockville Maryland area that can do the repair?

I guess its different wiring per unit type. I have the Dolphin Diagnostic Advantage and it uses pins 2 and three (white and black respectively). I found that out the hard way after the above pin out failed and I metered between all the pins.
