Dolphin Pool Cleaner Stops running after 4 cycles

My Dolphin runs for exactly 4 short cycles and then shuts off. I seems like it needs to be reprogrammed. Any suggestions to reload firmware? Thanks for any help.

Hi
I had the same problem after 3 years operation. I have replaced the motors seals and cleaned the shafts. It now works properly. Reason seems to be that the torque control system with torque increase on used seals.
I highly recommend to do this operation every 2 years
