Dolphin Pool Cleaner unit just floats

My unit is not moving, and had intermittent times of moving but now has water coming out the top but nothing is happening.
I have tried moving the rollers and the belts.
If the motor is broke why would there be bubbles coming up?

There are two motors in the grey motor box. Your impeller motor is evidently working. The tread motor is not doing its job. Try moving the treads manually in both directions. If they move in one direction, they are not jammed and your tread motor is not working and you need a motor repair or buy a new unit or another brand. If you can't move the treads manually, there may be debris in the treads.

Look for debris stuck in the tracks by the drive gear behind the side plate. Check for debris blocking water flow around the motor housing to the pump impeller.
