Dolphin Pool Cleaner won't suck

Brand new Dolphin will not suck at all. any ideas?

Try turning the impeller with a pen or pencil. Motor housing may be offset a little jamming the impeller on the body.
If the impeller works, Check for debris on and around the impeller. You will have to reach around the motor housing and most likely have to remove the impeller cover on top the robot body.
