Dolphin Robot Repair Facility

I had a dolphin diagnostics robot in my pond and someone drove through my fence and landed in my pond, it shoved a rod and large pond rock through the robot and All internals are shot, i need to find someone to write me something for the insurance company that it can't be repaired, they said they will accept the dolphin prox2 as comparable even though mine was not a commercial one but I have to get something from a repair place or a pool store, I can't seem to find anybody to do this, if you could help me in anyway or direct me to someone who could I would appreciate it. I have already wrote maytronics and they say I need to find a repair shop or dealer in my area, I haven't found one.
