Dolphin S300i PX flashing light

My Dolphin S300i power supply green light is flashing once you turn it on. And the Robots lights doesnt come on and the App says the robot is off. The Robot has been used very little maybe a half dozen times in a very dirty pool getting dirt out when pool was installed
