Dolphin swash model gets stuck on wall

My pool cleaner was discovered with track off and diving ball toy in inlet. So removed toy, replaced track and ever since it won’t work properly. It always turns and crashes into wall flipping up and then tries to turn and gets stuck on a tilt unable to free itself. I’ve cleaned impeller cleaned bag and now at a loss? Please help???
