Dolphin Triton won't move

I have a dolphin triton less than a year old. The power supply lights up but the unit never moves. I have taken it apart and checked for debris but it is clean. I have checked the power supply and I so have the 28 volts dc going out. Dose anyone have any thoughts on this?

Mine is doing the same thing. What did they tell you about yours? Mine only ran a few hours. I have been fighting to get them to take it back, took it to Zanesville for repairs and they had it 2 weeks and did not fix it.Some warranty right? rbarr1951@yahoo.com!

This machine should still be under warranty. Take it back or call customer service. Could be an electronics board problem.
