I'm seeing postings about Dolphin starting up, going a few feet, reversing and going a few more feet... then just stops. Help!!! ?????

I have the same problem w the dolphin diagnostic robot darts foward ,. 2-3 feet, stops, goes Back about 4 feet, stops.. Then goes another 3 feet foward and stops,.. I brought it in to the store 4 times,.. Every time I bring it in , it runs flawlessly ,.. I get it home and put it in my pool .. In does the short cycle and stops.. It's crazy.. I checked the power in my uh and it is 123 volts ,.. FRUSTRATING ! Pool store has no idea why this is happening ,.. I feel like taking a sledge hammer to the thing!

Really wish I would have read all these comments before I wrote the check. Anyway...was just wondering if anyone has heard anything good from Maytronics or has found what the deal is with the unit just stopping. Was going to give it one fix then if DIY or return it.

Same issue, been in shop already once. Very expensive cleaner to kept up.

It looks like the only way you can get something back from these crooks is to just stop buying their products. I wont buy another one. I have bought two and both of them are down now with the same problem. I would have felt better just burning my hard earned money.

Yep, and Maytronics says they never see this issue. I see this issue by the hundreds on the internet. Shame on Maytronics for not detailing the fix for this issue.

Yes this thing is junk and when you want to fix it you cant buy the parts. Why are they say they are number one ? Maytronics needs to get it together.
