Dolphin won't suck leaves

My dolphin seems to be working normally but when I pull him out of the pool to clean the bag there are t any leaves in it. The bag is obviously very dirty but no leaves or debris.

I am having the same problem, my pool if full of leaves and only a few are ever in the basket . I have cleaning out the inside and the fan and there was no obvious obstruction. An expensive piece of equipment that doesn’t do the job .

Cracked or loose case can cause this.

If the robot has enough suction to hold it to the vertical walls then There is enough suction to pick up leaves and other debris...otherwise, replace the bag and/or check for debris wedged on top of the motors that may be blocking water movement.
