DOPHIN NAUTILUS GETS STUCK ON STEPS CORNER

I have a almost new Nautilus CC. IT frequently gets stuck on steps where it meets the pool sidewall. Since I frequently travel I have to pay someone to check the cleaner daily when I’m gone. I have contacted Maytronics and they are not helpful. Since this is a design defect I am looking for a solution
