Floating and stopping.

My cleaner started to have difficulty going to the bottom for a little while now so I pulled it apart made sure it was clear of any obstructions stopping the water from getting in, now since pulling it apart it stops intermitantly it will run for a couple of minutes fine but then it will stop either without reason or getting stuck on the side wall and it is still floating probably worse than ever.
