HGPOWER mod. HGP d180A

Hi. I have a problem with my Aquabot cleaner where on the board model d180A where I would need to identify the IC which is marked on the attached photo. The IC is damaged and cannot read its value. Alternatively if anyone owns a service manual it would be nice. I will find help here. Thank you all
