It was working then suddenly stopped and blew the fuse Dolphin Deluxe 4 Robotic Pool Cleaner

I started my Dolphin the same as usual-in the same outlet designated for this purpose and on it's first run out, it blew the fuse. I reset fuse box and tried to restart-the panel lit up okay, but when I pushed start button-there was a static electrical noise from inside motor and it blew the fuse again. I thought maybe since it might have gotten really wet since we had lots of rain it needed to try, so I currently have it with some dehumidifying stones and under a fan in the house along with the power cord to see if I can get any excess moisture out.
Any suggestions would be helpful-we are first time pool owners and this came with the house.
We also just switched to salt system!
