Just stopped! Power but no power?

I have a Dolphin and it has always worked great. Recently i used it to clean the pool. I turned it off to clean out the bag, I cleaned out the bag and put it back into the pool. I turned it on, but the dolphin does not move or start up. I have power running from the house plug to the dolphin power unit, but it seems like the power is not going from the power unit to the robot itself? Do you think the the cable from the power unit to the robot in the pool is the cause? Any info would be appreciated.
