looking for an authorized repair center in northern virginia

i have a dolphin and looking for an authorized repair center in northern virginia or someone at maytronics with whom to speak - electricity getting to machine but almost immediately shuts off. dolphin does not go to the bottom of pool and even when i push it to the bottom it comes back up immediately i have a heavy bag in it but that has not helped it has been equipped with a weight a few years ago by smart pool.
ADMIN REPLY: Most Smartpool machines are throwaways. I know they cost alot but that is what I was told by a Maytronics rep. Try calling Aqua Quality Pools and Spas, they have a mail in program.
