my dolphin commander impeller not turning

My impeller suddenly stopped working so the dolphin will turn on and spin it's wheels but then just stop altogether after a few min.

I had the same prob. in May after winter storage. I removed the plastic impeller and sprayed wd-40 alongside the shaft multiple times over 2-3 days while gently trying to turn the shaft with a pliers. The shaft turned and has run for the season.

If no debris is jammed around the impeller or no hair is wrapped around it, then the machine must be tested at a service center
