Why does my dolphin deluxe keep turning itself upside down when cleaning the pool?. It does not right itself.

My guess is a problem with the pump as suction from the pump keeps the robot on the wall

I have the same problem with my dolphin turning upside down and not righting itself.
The pool people just make my dolphin worse when they fool with it.
