At first the impeller would turn for a few seconds and stop. I checked the impeller shaft and did all the checking in the tracks for debris. Everything is in good shape.
Not sure if this means the motor is done. I took it to Leslie's and they said they ran diagnostic on the motor and its good. The impeller shaft is also not stuck. Those guys told me it may need a new board in the motor.
Anyway, maytronics wants $480 for a new motor and I have to pay over $100 to ship both ways. Too expensive......
Anything can be done? Ay trick ? Leslie guys told me the board may be overloaded but I don't know what that means exactly and how to reset it.
