My dolphin gets stuck in same spot

My Dophin Active 10 has been great for three years. However this year it get stuck on the left side of pool ladder and cannot escape. (Above ground pool) I keep the filters clean and the tracks are both aligned. It has never done this before this pool season. What can I do to keep it from getting stuck in the exact same spot? Does it have a memory that can be reset or something?
