my dolphin model m3 only works for 30 mins and then stops

my dolphin colour pale blue and yellow caps has been brilliant until recently when the following happens it works for 30 mins approx and then stops it then needs re -booting and then it starts again and only does 30 mins

we have checked the external transformer and checked the power supply and bridge rectifier it all measures as it should with approx 27 volts we checked the output to the cleaner and we have steady power with approx 30 volt dc ..


is the timer built into the motor part of the cleaner I assume it must be as they is no timer in the external transformer ,

in conclusion what is the fix
