My dolphin pool just floats

My dolphin pool cleaner wont sink to the bottom of pool just floats, unit is working just floats.

My 3 weeks old dolphin deluxe 4 is climbing the walls all the way is getting air and then floats or is wobbling on the bottom.
Any advice? Did anyone had this problem and solve it?

My cleaner has same problem which just started. Mine climbs the wall very nicely but when it reaches the lip it doesn't reverse and that leads to the unit eventually sucking in air which become trapped making the unit float or hover one end down on bottom with tracks running fine. I think there is a switch in them that senses a stall and reverses the tracks to back it down. So far haven't found a parts list. If you solve your problem, please post.
