MY DOPHIN 4 POOL CLEANER NOT WORKING

PLEASE HELP I LIKE MY DOPHIN 4, BUT THIS MORNING AFTER CLEANING IT, PUT IT BACK IN THE WATER "NOTHING". THE POWER LITE COME ON, BUT CAN'T SELECT A PROGRAM TO RUN. CAN'T RESET CAN'T SELECT A PROGRAM. WHAT SHALL I DO?

I a pool cleaner thac $1000 is considered a throw away after just 5 years the I will NEVER buy this brand again or recommend it to anyone.

Most likely, one of your underated resistors is probably blown inside the motor control module due to either overloading the motor for a length of time, ageing, or water leakage into the motor unit.
Maytronics will only supply complete motor units at $200-$500 and only through a repair center. Even though the motor unit can be repaired with a new motor control PC board, Maytronics does not offer this as an available part to order.
There is a failsafe circuit in the motor unit that shuts down the external power supply by overloading the external power supply in the event of an internal motor unit error.

Many Dolphins are throw aways because the cost to repair is prohibitive, however take it to a repair shop and have it looked at.
