M'y robot goes only one way

My robot stopped working both ways suddenly. It not works fine, but only one way, which makes it impossible to clean the pool alone (I now have to manually guide it through the pull otherwise it gets stuck at one end). Is there a simple way to fix this or do I need to change the robot? My email OLIVIER.jacquet7@orange.fr
