Nautilus cleans once after being set.

I noticed the nautilus not running. When to restart the cycle for the week and it was having issues and shutting down. A closer inspection revealed one of the tracks came off a wheel and was forced into the side of the housing. Not sure how this happend. I put it back in place and restarted the unit. It’s seemed to run fine as usual. Now it will only clean once no matter what cycle I set it on. No matter the cycle setting, it only cleans once and is done.
Unit is only a few months old
